Part-time Scale Operator
Where every load starts with you. As a PT Scale Operator, you’ll help deliver a positive customer experience while supporting the daily flow of grain and other commodities.
Responsibilities:
- Weighing incoming and outgoing scale traffic, including grain, fertilizer, and livestock.
- Issue and maintain accurate scale tickets and records.
- Greet customers, answer phones, and assist with office tasks as needed.
- Communicate elevator hours and ticket information to customers.

Tire Technician
Join our team as a Tire Technician and become a valuable part of our fast-paced customer-focused team. Working in our state-of-the-art automotive center, you’ll help keep our customers safely on the road by providing quality tire services and exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger, light truck, and agricultural tires.
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
- Recommend tire repairs or replacements based on customer needs.
- Perform tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) service when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Safely operate tire-changing, balancing, and lifting equipment.

Service Coordinator
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to be the operational center of our automotive shop, managing vehicle service scheduling, work order administration, and customer communications.
Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management: Initiating, assigning, and closing all shop work orders, scheduling technician workload, and ensuring daily work order status is current.
- Customer Interaction: Handling all incoming scheduling calls, creating service estimates, obtaining customer work permissions, and promptly notifying customers when repairs are complete.
- Administration & Finance: Customer billing, processing warranty claims, managing core reports, assisting with the annual physical inventory, and maintaining essential work order documentation.
- Quality Control: Reviewing completed jobs with the Shop Manager to ensure quality and reviewing daily technician hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
- Two years of experience in an automotive, administrative, customer service, or related role preferred.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage workflow, and effectively support a fast-paced service environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude.
- Organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer proficient, basic math, and problem-solving skills.
