Tire Technician
Join our team as a Tire Technician and become a valuable part of our fast-paced customer-focused team. Working in our state-of-the-art automotive center, you’ll help keep our customers safely on the road by providing quality tire services and exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger, light truck, and agricultural tires.
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
- Recommend tire repairs or replacements based on customer needs.
- Perform tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) service when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Safely operate tire-changing, balancing, and lifting equipment.
- Assist with shop operations and other service-related duties as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous tire or automotive experience is a plus; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Agronomy Sales Specialist
We are looking for a high-energy Agronomy Sales Specialist. In this role, you won’t just sell products—you will deliver the data-driven insights, seed tech, and crop protection strategies that help farmers maximize their yields and build lasting legacies.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes and coordinates the sales of fertilizer, crop nutrition products, crop protection products, seed, and seed treatments to maximize yield.
- Implements marketing and sales plans; establishes and meets sales goals; networks with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities.
- Scout fields for different diseases and pests
- Work with growers and make seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations to help them get the best return on investment possible.
- Maintain and build a customer base of agricultural customers through proactive customer service and business development.
- Proactively reach out to prospective and current customers to expand our market share, utilizing scheduled appointments and cold calls.
- Visit weekly with the Manager to discuss sales calls, goal progress, and challenges.
- Stay up to date on the latest products and agronomic techniques to position yourself as a trusted advisor to producers.
- Attend sales meetings for education.
- Report accurate competitive information to the manager.
- Use Ag tech tools designed to help the grower.
Adhere to Hull Cooperative pricing, policies, and credit terms
Qualifications:
- College degree in an area of specialty and/or 2+ years of experience. (Note: We will interview promising candidates without prior experience, though experience is preferred.)
- Commercial Applicator’s license with 1A, 1B, and 1C, 4, and Handler endorsements (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Dropbox, and other vendor-driven platforms.
- Agronomic knowledge of Crop Protection Products (CCP), Crop Nutrients (CN), and Seed Genetics
- Compliance knowledge, with the ability to follow and comply with FDA, OSHA, state, and federal regulations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak seasons.

Where every load starts with you. As a PT Scale Operator, you’ll help deliver a positive customer experience while supporting the daily flow of grain and other commodities.
Responsibilities:
- Weighing incoming and outgoing scale traffic, including grain, fertilizer, and livestock.
- Issue and maintain accurate scale tickets and records.
